The entrance to Body+Beauty Lab – Bay Harbor Islands is located at 1000 Kane Concourse Suite 4 in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. We are situated directly across from Pura Vida Miami and next door to The Church by the Sea.
Paid meter street parking is available directly in front of our doors and throughout Kane Concourse for your convenience.
We also offer complimentary garage parking in our building at 1000 Kane Concourse. After parking in the garage, please exit onto East Bay Harbor Drive, make a left onto Kane Concourse, and walk around to the main entrance located on Kane Concourse.

Parking is available in the AKA West Palm Hotel & Residences garage, accessible from Tanglewood Court and Trinity Place. We offer complimentary parking validation for the AKA parking garage for up to four hours. Simply park on any level and pass through the gated access point. Bring your parking garage ticket into the spa to have it validated. Valet parking is also available at a discounted rate.

With over 250 publications and four patents, she now sees patients in West Palm Beach.
Victoria Taylor serves as an Equity Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Body + Beauty Lab, overseeing operational growth for their South Florida locations. With a wealth of experience in the beauty industry, Victoria has dedicated years to launching and cultivating various beauty businesses. She continues to remain an integral part of her flagship establishment, Red Market Miami, nestled within the prestigious Bal Harbour Shops.
Throughout her career, Victoria has demonstrated her adeptness in hiring, managing, and effectively running operations for multiple service-based businesses. Her ability to manage teams of providers with finesse creates an environment that prioritizes professional development. Her expertise lies at the intersection of digital marketing and business growth, making her an invaluable asset to any venture she undertakes. Victoria Taylor’s commitment to excellence, passion for beauty, and extensive resources in the South Florida market continue to drive her success in the industry.
Paula Antonia Gonos is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 25 years in healthcare and more than a decade of experience in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She has participated in multiple multicenter clinical trials involving biologics, injectable therapies, and advanced aesthetic devices.
Her clinical background includes training in otolaryngology and facial plastics, providing her with a refined understanding of facial anatomy and structural harmony. She approaches aesthetic medicine with technical precision, restraint, and an appreciation for subtle, sophisticated outcomes.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Paula brings cultural awareness, resilience, and warmth to her work. Her background in laboratory science, combined with service in the United States Air Force as a Medical Laboratory Journeyman, shaped her disciplined and service-oriented approach to medicine. She later worked in Hematology, Transfusion Medicine and Cytogenetics at Cleveland Clinic and MetroHealth Medical Center before earning her Master of Science in Health Sciences and becoming a Physician Assistant.
Paula values personal growth, self-care, and intentional living. She views aesthetic medicine as a collaborative process — one that allows patients to feel confident, aligned, and well cared for. Her practice extends beyond surface treatments, emphasizing long-term skin health, structural balance, and a holistic view of well-being.
In addition to clinical practice, Paula provides consulting within the aesthetic and healthcare space, advocating for patients, training aesthetic providers, as well supporting physicians and business owners in building patient-centered, operationally sound, and ethically grounded practices.
Natalia Knight is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a strong background in critical care nursing and years of experience in cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Miami and her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, where she discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine.
As an advanced aesthetic injector, Natalia has invested in trainings from the best injectors across the country, and further refined her expertise, by completing masterclasses with leading aesthetic physicians from the United Kingdom. Natalia’s commitment to continuous education allows her to deliver safe, natural, and beautifully balanced results tailored to each patient.
Through a deep understanding of anatomy, Natalia adds her artistry and aesthetic eye to help her clients feel confident, rejuvenated, and truly seen. She cares about every single client that sits in her chair and prioritizes longevity relationships based on trust and naturally tailored enhancements.
With over 8 years of experience in the esthetics industry, I began my journey as a front desk coordinator at a medspa. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the world of skincare, and I transitioned into becoming a Clinical Esthetician, where I’ve been able to combine my passion for beauty and wellness with my dedication to client care.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many leading skincare lines and have developed expertise in advanced treatments such as microneedling, Aerolase laser, chemical peels, PRX treatments and Hydrafacials. Currently, I’m expanding my skill set further by working toward certifications in Electrology and Laser Technology to provide even more comprehensive care for my clients.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is the relationships I’ve built with my clients. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each person and customizing treatments to meet their unique skin goals, all while creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Outside of esthetics, I’m a proud mom of two: a 19-year-old son who is finishing his first year of college and a 14-year-old daughter who is passionate about playing volleyball. I’m also a fitness enthusiast and recently began coaching classes at my gym, where I share my love for health and wellness with others.
Whether in the treatment room or at the gym, I am driven by a passion for helping people feel confident and empowered in their own skin.
With over a decade of experience in skincare, Violeta has been a dedicated professional in the aesthetics industry since 2007. She specializes in a wide range of advanced treatments, including customized facials that rejuvenate and nourish the skin, chemical peels for deep exfoliation, dermaplaning for improved texture, and RF microneedling to promote skin tightening and collagen production. Violeta also offers IPL/BBL treatments for skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal, providing comprehensive solutions to meet her clients’ skincare needs.
Known for her warm demeanor and commitment to patient education, Violeta takes the time to understand each client’s concerns and goals. She ensures that every treatment plan is personalized to deliver optimal results and client satisfaction. Outside the treatment room, Violeta stays up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetics, continuously refining her skills and knowledge.
