Body+Beauty Lab utilizes an exceptional technique that creates outstanding results for our patients using a treatment known as radiofrequency (RF) microneedling. RF treatments have existed for many years and are popular in the cosmetic industry for their skin-tightening effects. This type of therapy uses heat to encourage the creation of collagen deep within the skin to create a tighter, smoother surface. This technique can be combined with microneedling to maximize the results. At Body+Beauty Lab, we frequently add this new advancement to skin treatments to produce firmer skin and a smoother, more luminous complexion.
Our RF Microneedling Technique
Microneedling utilizes a tool (with little needles on the end) that's rolled gently around the skin to puncture and create micro-injuries that "interrupt" the tissues and stimulate collagen production. Some also refer to this as collagen induction treatment. New skin forms as the skin heals, leaving the top layer looking and feeling smoother, brighter, and more rejuvenated. While this process is commonly performed by itself, combining this advanced method with radiofrequency microneedling technology has enabled us to optimize patient outcomes.
The method is quite simple. The applicator emits radiofrequency energy and delivers short pulses of RF energy via an array of 25 sterile, golden microneedles. The power is delivered through the needles, which concurrently puncture your skin and return the electrodes to the skin's surface. The RF energy heats at levels that provide cumulative and ongoing benefits.

She always takes the time to listen to my goals, and explain how she plans to go about treatment. Her ability to apply injections (whether botox, filler or prf) with an artistic eye, that takes the specific individual’s anatomy into consideration is truly unmatched! Sarah is so knowledgeable and welcoming, we have great conversations about different procedures and I always leave having learned something new! Lua is very experienced as well as knowledgable about the various skin care applications that are offered at B&BL..She will address your skin care needs, then recommend the best treatment for you. While having your treatment, she is "thoroughly present" explaining every step of the procedure and has you leaving with a precise post care plan. I just finished my 2nd round of Morpheus with a Moxi. I have one more to go! Change is HAPPENING!! I feel totally supported and confident in her care for my skin. Lua is a TRUE GEM!
