If over-the-counter skin care products are no longer effective, but you don't want surgical procedures, try minimally invasive treatments to rejuvenate the skin, like microneedling. Microneedling uses several fine needles to effectively and safely make micro-injuries in the needed areas of the skin. The micro-injuries prompt the natural production of elastin and collagen, two nutrients that improve the health and appearance of your skin. Easily performed with other skin treatments, such as serums or platelet-rich plasma (PRP), microneedling may help reduce pores, stretch marks, and scars. Our Microneedling Technique
A microneedling treatment is completed in a private treatment room and takes about 30 – 60 minutes. Numbing cream or local anesthesia can be used if desired; however, most patients feel little to no discomfort during treatment. The skin will first be cleaned, and then the handpiece will be passed evenly over the desired areas. Once the microneedling is performed, a treatment like PRP (platelet-rich plasma) or a vitamin-infused serum may be applied for deeper penetration of the nutrients into the skin. Following the treatment, a moisturizer selected for your skin type will be massaged in because your skin will be more sensitive, followed by sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun.

From the moment you walk into Body and Beauty Lab in Radnor you know something wonderful is about to happen! Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. My service, micro needling with RF for skin tightening, with Jordana was amazing. This was my 2nd treatment in a series of 3. I definitely see a difference in the tone and texture. I was hesitant to write this review because Robby at Body+Beauty Lab is my best kept secret. I've had two treatments with Robby so far. The first one was micro needling and the second, just recently, was a BBL Laser treatment for hyperpigmentation. I'm more beautiful after each time I see him. I'm sure all his clients are. But there is more to Robby than just his amazing esthetician skills and med spa knowledge. I felt like he was one of my BFF's within minutes of meeting him. He is the funniest and sweetest guy and I have a great time even if he's poking micro needles into my skin or zapping me with light. I don't feel a thing because I'm so entertained and also because Robby knows what he's doing. I can't wait to go back!
I Absolutely Love Body + Beauty Lab. My aesthetician, Jordana, actually recommended B+BL years before she even worked there.
